The police made three more arrests. These arrests link to crimes in Cambridgeshire on January 25. Officers arrested two guys in Essex. Their ages are 22 and 51. The police arrested another man in Peterborough. He is 46 years old.

Police started an investigation.This followed many complaints. People reported illegal hare coursing. They also reported damage and dangerous driving. These acts happened across the area. Incidents occurred in several towns. These include Fordham, Ely, and others. Police need the public’s help. They want to identify everyone involved.

Superintendent Ben Martin spoke about the case. He said the team worked hard. They reviewed incoming information. This led to these arrests, he stated. The police will continue to pursue justice.

The men were released on bail. They must return to Thorpe Wood station. They have strict conditions. They can’t own or control any dog. They can’t be near a dog on private land. Unless the owner gives written permission.

When with a dog, it must be leashed. Also, they can’t be in vehicles with dogs. This rule applies outside a five-mile radius. There is an exception. The exception is for vet appointments.

They cannot have catapults or air weapons. Furthermore, do not drive on private fields. Get the owner’s written permission first. Show it to an officer, if asked.

Also, they cannot use public spaces to illegally hunt hares. Do not shout at anyone. Do not swear at people. Do not harass anyone. This applies in twelve counties.

Superintendent Martin says more work remains. The police must bring criminals to justice. They work with other police forces. Arrests will continue in the future.
