Middlesbrough Restaurant Fellinis Confirms Closure after 24 Years

The restaurant owners posted on social media, confirming Fellini’s closure. They cited family circumstances in their original Facebook post.

Customers expressed sadness about the news, saying Fellini’s will be greatly missed. Some celebrated birthdays and anniversaries there, always enjoying excellent food and service.

Another customer was extremely disappointed, calling it their favorite restaurant. They noted the staff took time for customers and wished the owners the best.

Teesside Live previously highlighted Fellini’s success, considering it one of Middlesbrough’s best restaurants. The key to their success was family.

The Piretti family started Fellini’s in 2000. Eamonn Barody bought the restaurant in 2005. He and his wife, Sarah, have run it since then, having bought it from his retiring employer.
