Peterborough: A man in his 50s had a rough day at the rowing lake. He was just walking along when four guys on bikes rolled up. They threatened him and snatched his wallet and a fancy watch.

This all went down around 2:25 PM on a Friday. The thieves were wearing dark masks, and two even had grinning faces on them. They looked pretty young, between 16 and 20, with dark hair and some facial hair.

One of them was on a bright yellow mountain bike, swinging a thick branch like it was a baseball bat. Not cool at all!

Detective Corney said it was a terrible experience for the victim. He’s urging anyone who saw anything to step forward. If you think you know who they are or saw them around, please let the police know.
